New creation coming soon!

As of now, I’m working on a new Lego creation. I plan for it to be a WWII-inspired quadwalker (A mecha that moves on four legs). I hope to have it up soon!

Awesome Mix!

This song by the group Eclectic Method, called “Robots”, is truly a masterpiece. check it out!

Description:

The XA-31 Red Lobster tactical fighter is a fast, durable, and cheap type of Vic Viper jet.The Vic Viper is a type of jet that can fly both in space and in the atmosphere, and can switch between both without burning up. This Vic Viper has a special type of engine (See photo 3). The Hex-Thruster Centrifuge Engine (HTCE) spins and launches at the same time, saving fuel and increasing speed. All Vic Viper jets have the same design: One dorsal tail, one pair of front wings, and one pair of back wings. The Vic Viper design has been replicated by many manufacturers, turning them into scouts, bombers, or gigantic fuel tankers.

The XA-31 Red Lobster has the unique ability to fold its wings and use them as landing gear. In their base, the wings have a joint that allows them to point them downwards to land. It doesn’t stop there, either. On the front of the Viper, a small water-cooled barrel resides. This barrel shoots acidic pellets (6 per second) that can melt through the armor of other planes. The XA-31 Red Lobster is manufactured by Ezreco Incorporated, the 4th best manufacturer in the Vic Viper business. The Red Lobster is by far their fastest Viper, speeding up to Mach 1 in short bursts, and flying at 500kph.The XA-31 Red Lobster costs around $3 million to produce. However, The group who buys the XA-31 must pay $3 million back, so a cycle of Vic Viper cash is created.

See you later!

Toy Story 3

I saw Toy Story 3 last night! Awesome movie! Woody, Buzz, and the rest of the gang return, and new toys come in as well. By far one of the best told Pixar stories ever. My favorite toys were Rex, Trixie (the Triceratops), the Chatter Telephone, and the Peas-in-a-pod. I recommend going to see it. It is a fitting finale for the Toy Story series!

Four-and-a-half stars!

Guess where I went yesterday?

Experience Music Project and the Science Fiction Museum, that’s where! Originally that’s where we were going to go for my birthday, but we had to postpone it several times. But yesterday, we finally went there! I loved the Sound Lab, the Sky Church, and I found my calling in the SFM galleries. Who knew so much stuff would end up here?

Also, I had dinner at Ivar’s Salmon House, and loved the Fish & Chips and Clam Chowder. My dad joked as we were driving home on the Alaskan Way Viaduct, “Enjoy it while it lasts”.

Favorite Artifacts:

  • E.T. Figure
  • Teddy from A.I.: Artificial Intelligence
  • R2-D2
  • Kirk’s Chair from Star Trek
  • Dinosaur Input Device from the production of Jurassic Park, used to help stop-motion animators get used to animating with a computer
  • The Death Star (It’s less impressive if looked at from the back. It’s bare)
  • Donatello costume from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Even I succumb to the stupid stuff sometimes)
  • A number of models from Silent Running
  • Robby The Robot from Forbidden Planet
  • Smashed-up guitar remains from shows
  • A history of electric guitars

Anyways, it was awesome.

…And later defeated the Spanish Armadillo.

This is downright hilarious. Check it out!

I now have a YouTube account

I now have my own YouTube account, on which I am posting stop-motion videos. You can see it here:

I think you should check these guys out!

If you’re the daredevil who jumps out of his ride vehicle, puts his hands up when you can’t see what’s in front of you, or has no regard for safety rules whatsoever, then I think you should see the Mesa Verde Times. Our two main protagonists, Hoot and Chief, were Omnimover-jumpers in the late 1990’s in a now-dead Epcot attraction known as Horizons. These guys would wriggle out of the ride vehicle, find a trapdoor or go on a set, and then shoot video or take pictures. They figured out how Holograms were created in the ride, as well as finding some pretty… er… interesting stuff. These guys risked limb and detection to one day build up a collection of behind-the-scenes artifacts.

Are they gutsy, or are they stupid? You be the judge…

Happy Birthday To Me!

Today is my birthday! I turned 12 – finally! To celebrate, we had dinner at the Rainforest Cafe, a favorite of mine (perhaps it’s the giant robots?). Also, I learned that my favorite game, LittleBigPlanet, is getting a sequel – but not until Winter! That’s one thing to add to my christmas wishlist…

I regret not bringing my brand-spanking-new camera with me, since I could have gotten some awesome pictures. :(

Other than that, yay!

A New B-Day Present

Since I am an aspiring filmmaker, my mom and dad decided to get me a camera. We went to Fry’s tonight and got one, plus a cool new GorillaPod Tripod. I will be uploading quality pictures from my camera soon!
